Today I have some awesome engagements to share! Allison is an old friend of mine who I hadn’t seen in years. She met Ryan about two years ago. They had their first date, first kiss, and proposal at the Gig Harbor waterfront so it was only natural that we take photos there. We met up on a damp, overcast morning and went around to a few spots along the harbor, but decided to save the actual spot of their first kiss/proposal (the old ferry landing) for photos on their wedding day. After that we went over to Fort Steilacoom, one of my favorite places. As I waited for them to arrive I lost count of how many photographers I spotted out on shoots. By then it was early afternoon and the sun was starting to peak out behind the clouds, giving a lot of the photos some awesome lens flare. We finished our shoot around the Titlow Beach area on an out of the way bridge and the train tracks underneath it. I love the warm look the afternoon sun gave the photos from this part of the day.
Expect more from these two after their wedding in June! Thanks for looking.
