So it’s been over a week since I’ve posted anything and I’ve decided to make a few changes. Rather than trying to come up with something  to post for every day of the year, I think I’m going to move toward fewer posts with more photos in each. I’m going to play things by ear for now but hopefully it’ll work out to about one post a week. I’ll probably do a name change later as well when I figure out what to change it to.

I went out a few days ago with Justice to take some photos at Fort Steilacoom. It was good to get out and take some portraits again now that spring is finally here. Justice has a really outgoing personality so that made it easy on me. I’ll be at a wedding later in the week so I’ll probably have some shots from that up sometime next week.

These are from a wedding reception I shot last year. For some reason I really like the way the featured image of the little girl turned out. I think it’s the candid expression and pose I caught. Her and a couple other girls were running around dancing and playing from what I remember. Probably bored out of their minds waiting to go home. I threw in a couple other nice shots from the evening, mostly of the newly married couple.

And I almost forgot. If you didn’t notice it yet, take a look at the new Portal inspired logo above! I decided to make one just for fun. What do you think? Should I keep it or make something more original?

I thought I would post some more concert photos today. These are of a Gig Harbor band called At Night from a battle of the bands type high school show a couple years ago. Most of the bands were pretty unbearable from what I remember, but these guys were a notable exception. Too bad they’ve gone their separate ways.
